Perfect so far, Amazon's bargain price , really good deal compared to the LG's website or AT&T's
it's an alright product, the only thing i have against it is that it doesn't come with
But other than that, they sound great, mic works great, works excellent with my LG Neon. The only downside is that they dont come with earbud covers and the buds are a little large. They came in about 3 days after I ordered them at standard shipping rate. These headphones were better than I expected. Everything is great. I love them.
When I first saw them my first thought was that they looked flimsy. One good thing is that the shipping time was good, but that was it. The headphones themselves were cheap and not the right kind for my phone. I'm going to have to buy a new pair at the AT&T store.

I'VE BOUGHT GREAT ITEMS BOTH ONLINE AND AT LOCATIONS. THANKS FOR ALLOWING THE FEEDBACK, HOPEFULLY YOU WILL RETAIN MORE BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE. I now understand Amazon has many different vendors and they all send the items from their individual locations. They made me feel horrible and were rude about the incident.
THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE AND THEN DISRESPECTED USE AND TOLD US IT WAS A USER ERROR INSTEAD OF TRYING TO COME TO A MUTUAL AGREEMENT TO EARN AND RETAIN OUR BUSINESS. I'VE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY OVER SUCH A SMALL ITEM IN MY LIFE. (AND WHAT EVER HAPPEND TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, ESPECIALLY OVER SOME CHUMP CHANGE ITEM) I'VE ALREADY WENT OUT AND BOUGHT HER THE NICEST BLUETOOTH I COULD FIND AND SHE'S MUCH HAPPIER NOW. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP HERE OR SUGGEST IT BY THE WAY I WAS TREATED. WE EVEN HAVE DEC AND JAN BIRTHDAYS. I SURE AM GLAD I DIDN'T GO AHEAD AND BUY SOME LCD T.V.s AND LAPTOPS AND OTHER STUFF FROM HERE.
The other above listed items came with this item as bonus items for buying he head-set.
I bought THREE items for the exact phone as a THREE piece deal.
The other two items where simply bonus items that DID come on time and correct.
The main item was the LG Stereo hands free headset, Ear-bud Style head-set, Black, with Send/ End button (Purchased on 11/10/2009) by LG.
NO TELLING WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED.
I tried to fix the minor issue of this inexpensive item with the seller.
The headset came last and was NOT correct.
BAD THING IS AMAZON WILL GET NO MONEY FROM ME OR ANYONE I KNOW FROM THIS POINT FORWARD BY THE WAY THE VENDOR TREATED US WHEN ALL WE WANTED WAS TO GET THE CORRECT HEADSET FOR THE PHONE.LATELY ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE DONE TONS OF SHOPPING FOR THE HOLIDAYS.
